This is Shakira's first album ever. It was composed of the songs that she wrote between the age of 8 and 13. It is her first album in the three that Sony Discos Colombia initially signed her for. It did not sell outside Colombia and generally was not popular. As Shakira herself says, "There was not national pop scene in Colombia at that time. And it was really hard to even get a video shot back then". She prefers not to include this record, as well as Peligro, in her official discography because in her opinion it they did not reflect her artistic nature and she did not make any major decisions about the production.
This album was never released on CD.
Only Magia is known as a single from this record.
